These Terms and Conditions govern use of GuestsGetMore and conclude an agreement for digital services between you and Devnity Rafał Łabęcki.

GuestsGetMore provides tools to create and share digital guest guides for rental guides.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account credentials and activities performed through your account.

You must not use the service for unlawful content, rights violations, or actions that compromise platform security.

3. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide continuous access but may perform maintenance or security updates.

Material changes to these terms are published with an effective date and may require renewed acceptance.

4. Liability and intellectual guide

You retain rights to your own content and grant us rights needed to deliver the service.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

5. Governing law

Polish law applies. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
