Subscription Terms

These terms apply to recurring payments and subscription lifecycle in GuestsGetMore.

1. Pricing and billing

Subscription prices are shown in the app and may include applicable taxes as required by law.

Billing is handled by Stripe, which also provides payment method management.

2. Free and paid plans

Every new account starts on the free plan, which remains available without a time limit or payment method.

If you choose a paid plan, billing starts when you confirm the subscription and provide a payment method.

3. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for subsequent billing periods.

You can cancel in the billing portal; cancellation typically applies at the end of the current period.

4. Failed payments

Failed payments may lead to restricted access after retries and grace windows.

You can restore access by resolving payment status in the billing portal.
